Can you guys update the online store demo with 2.0?

Great news. Been working with 1.9 for the last several weeks and have been so incredibly impressed. I do have a question...I ended up going with Arvixe for my nopCommerce hosting. I wanted to make sure I understood the upgrade path when working with a hosting company. Do we know if they have everything in place to support the new version?

Will the new version work with GoDaddy?
I started with 1.6 and then upgraded to 1.90 but that version ended up being very very slow.
What I am reading on the forums, this new version addressed a lot of the slowness and a bunch of other bugs and enhancements. My hosting is with GoDaddy.

You can't get full trust with Godaddy ... at least for a reasonable price.

I have purchased the 2.0 documentation but the install procedure doesn't work.
In particular /install/install.aspx doesn't exist in 2.0.
Where can I find instructions on how to install to 2.0?
