You can edit any message template in admin area (admin area > content management > message templates)

Hi, I upgraded from 1.9 to 2.3 and the only thing missing is the rich text editor on the campaign/admin site. I was able to change it on the admin/views/campaign/CreateOrUpdate.cshtml. This brings the editor into the admin page and everything works fine until save. Once saved the newsletter turns to html and stays that way. Can you point me in the general direction or is there an easier way to change the admin page from plain text to rich text editor?
The newletter management/editor was one of the best features of Nop 1.9. We were able to send out some fantastic looking email letters and we can't do that with plain text. Is there any reason that it was changed? (Maybe I'm missing something?)

For those who want to send a great newsletter with nice design, you can make an account here:
http://www.campaignmonitor.com/
When in preview mode, you can copy/paste the HTML/CSS to your nopcommerce campaign editor. The HTML/CSS created there works on Hotmail / Gmail and other regular mail programs. Creating a HTML newsletter yourself can cost a lot of effort.

Maybe you should use the MailChimp plugin available in v2.4. Check:
