How to filter with 'Product Tags' at a Category Level?

Hi there!

Currently we are able to filter products across the store with Product tags. However, I want to restrict this across a Category - as in : When within a Category, on clicking a 'Product Tag', it should display only products within the Category matching the Product tag. How would I go about doing that?

It'll require some customization. IProductService.SearchProducts methods already has two parameters: categoryIds and productTagId.
