A possibility to include one topic into another would be great. Could be a template that is intended to be used on many pages. That would decrease time spend on editing topics.
Likevice would it be great to be abble to add topic-related products to a topic :-)

nopCommerce has just basic CMS features. I think that this one is for more advanced CMS systems. It would make topic implementation too complex.
