  I'm Dominic St-Pierre the author of LiveChat Starter Kit mention above (a bit late to this thread though). I would loved to speak with nopCommerce people and see if there is a possibility to include LCSK as a built-in free live chat solution.

In any case, if there is enough demand for it, I could write a plugin for LCSK. If you would be interested simply create or add that feature request on LCSK project site.
