hi all

i have nopcommerce solution version 2.3 developed using c# MVC3 and framework 4.0

and now i tried to upgrade to mvc5

and framework 4.5.1.


what should i do ??

I am developing live chat app using superwebsocket. Websocket implementation is done,
admin & client communication working properly.
I am working on user log and customer/guest integration to able to track customer/guests.
Soon that will be available for 3.50 and 3.60.

There are some customers chat-providers, but the bad thing about them is that it is a must putting their links on your chat. So, the visitors of your site chatting with you will see the chat you are running is provided to you by some other services, which I think makes your business a little not that serious...

The good thing about these chats is that you will not have to install anything on your hosting and configure it. setting, etc... They will just install your chats in seconds and will provide you with a piece of code which you will insert somewhere in the HTML code of your website...

Anyway, these are such Customers Online Chat Services... Basically they provide paid plans, but also they provide free plans with some restrictions...

It looks like nice plugin, I register fro free account but have problem to log in to https://comelite.net/universal/users/login always getting error. I also verified my phone number but when try aciivated desktop chat getting message "No user on the other side"

Dear Tom, there was an issue with your account which we solved. Sorry for the inconvenience.
About the proactive chat, I owe you an explanation:

* either users are online and they call you, in which case you are immediately notified and you can talk to them
* or, you can proactively call the visitors when an action is triggered for them. You can define these triggers in the panel, under the section "Goals".

When you receive a trigger, the system will show you two options:
Profile and Call Visitor
- Profile is used to see the vistors profile - where they are from, how they found you, what pages they visited etc.
- Call Visitor engages you with the customer - at that point you can talk to them.

The system is designed this way so you can choose who you talk to, and who you don't. Note that if you don't define any triggers, the system will still alert you when a user "Stays more than 1 minute" on your website.
Also, you can setup your goals so that you receive a notification for any visit - that is up to you!

I have been using MyLiveChat - it's basic pkg is free and has been working great!
