Notify me when available

I notished that the "Notify me when available " option only works if you are locked in as a user. it should be possible to be notified even if you are not a user of the site :-)

Thanks for suggestion. I've just created a work item.

P.S. But I've never seen such functionality in real stores (all of them required registration)
