Nopcommerce Payment Module - Ogone

We are developing a new ecommerce website with an open source package called NopCommerce (www.nopcommerce.com). This package is  build in ASP.NET 4.0 (MVC 3) and uses MS SQL Server.

Because we want to save some time we are now looking for the right person who can develop an advanced payment module/plugin for the latest version of Nopcommerce (version 2.65 at this time). The payment plugin must use the services of our payment provider  called Ogone (www.ogone.com).

We've already developed and used a simple implementation with the basic functionalities provided by the payment processor/method in NopCommerce, but want something completely different. Documentation: https://www.nopcommerce.com/docs/76/how-to-code-my-own-payment-method.aspx

We want to accomplish a payment method like the coolblue website (www.coolblue.be / www.coolblue.nl). This firm has well know websites in Belgium and The Netherlands and also uses Ogone.

It must be possible to select our payment option (like credit card, bank transfer, maestro, mister cash, ing, kbc, belfius, etc ...) based on a country. Not all payment options are available in each country. The possibility to add a cost is also needed. This can be fixed are a percentage of the total order amount. An option for uploading a payment option logo would also be nice.
