nopCommerce 3.00 is coming. BETA testers needed.

Good news! nopCommerce 3.00 is coming in about 2-3 weeks. Now we're testing the BETA version. The latest BETA version of nopCommerce is available on CodePlex site here (our repository). If you would like to participate in the testing portion of our development cycle and report bugs you find, this beta version might be for you. Just download the solution and run it.

Highlight features and changes:
∙ Multi-store support (more info here and here)
∙ Multi-vendor support (more info here and here)
∙ Performance optimization.
∙ Search engine optimization (rich snippets support added, etc).
∙ A lot of HTML and CSS refactoring. Thanks a lot to www.nop-templates.com for this contribution.

Its good to hear that 3.0 is coming.

By the time I manage to get the ball rolling on our migration from classic ASP, 3.6 or something will probably be released.

Good job Andrei!  There are a lot of changes on that changelog; you really are working fast.  It's good to know it's almost done.  Keep up the good work!


When Nopcommerce version 3 comes out, will it be the only open source shopping cart in the world to have multi store and multi vendor support?

Already testing - no problems so far!

There's more code to get to grips with now.

I suspect the user guide will come in handy regarding mult-store.

Just tested in IE10 (Windows 7). Everything works fine. Does anybody else experience this issue?
