Order settings error

I unable open order setting page. When I try to open configuration--->setting--->order setting
I am getting this error: we're sorry an internal error occurred that prevented the request to complete. Please help me on it

In Admin, check your System Log.  
If nothing obvious, then turn off custom errors so that you can see the detailed message
