FEATURE REQUEST: Every Customer should have an Affiliate URL

We need the ability for every customer to be an affiliate and their Customer Id is also their Affiliate Id. On the My Account navigation block, an Affiliate Program link will be there that provides information about the store's affiliate program and the customer's Affiliate Url.

Additionally, it would be nice to have 3 commission rates. First rate for commission without a discount used, second rate for commission when less than or equal to X discount used, and third rate for commission when greater than X discount used.

Example:

10% commission when no discount is used.
5% commission when discount is less than or equal to 10% of order subtotal
3% commission when discount is greater than 10%.

When a customer referred by an affiliate registers the affiliate Id is permanently associated with the customer. It would be very useful to be able to de-affiliate (clear its AffiliateId) the customer from the backend

It would be simpler to allow any existing customer to be an affiliate by assigning them to an Affiliate role and using their customer id as another customer's affiliate id using only the Customer table to do so

I'm a Beach Body Coach (basically an affiliate) and I like how they redirect immediately when the referrer id is in the URL to remove the referrer id. Furthermore, I believe that making the URL not look like a "buy it from me address" will increase conversions.  Something like this would be ideal: mystore.com/myproduct/a[id]  Anything to make it not look like a "buy it from me address"

i means if i register with site and how could i know my referal url?and also afiliated customer also login from regular login page or other?
