I am looking for an experienced nopcommerce developer that can build the following for me.
1. An initial import of short private(vanity) number plates - although the records are small, there are over 30 million of them.
The records are supplied in a simple csv .txt file format.
2. Another daily maintenance import routine. Each day an .txt file is received from the supplier with all the plates that have sold or been returned to stock - these need to be flagged in the database, as either being sold/un-available or made to be available for the ones that have been returned.
3. This database needs to be queried and the results need to be presented quickly to the end user - The search will be on a partial match basis and then will need to have some fuzzy capability programmed into it.

4. Initially, I'm not worried about design, I just want to get the functionality working on a bog standard template and then look at designing once the functions work well.
The finished site needs to be up and running smoothly within a month.
