Shopping Cart Empty after Entering Shipping Address

I have recently upgraded to 3.30.  I was doing some test orders (worked yesterday) and today, it is emptying out the shopping cart.  Has anyone else experienced this?

You have to specify machine key in web.config file. Please see Frequently asked questions - "Users are logged out frequently"

I did create a machine key and it is giving me an error of not accepting it.

Is there a certain machine key # to enter?  

I tried to read up on the links but one link is not longer in service.

I found a link that helped me on this.  Click here for the link.

I created the machine key and add to web.config file and it worked!
