Uploading a CSV file with new products & coding

I am not a tech whizz, and am struggling to get a CSV or XML File with new products uploaded to my site.

PLUS - I need need some coding written for a Live Feed so it enables my website to look at the link every day, read the data feed generated by the link, and save the data into my products database automatically.

Let me know if you can help, and how much this would cost me.

I am also interested in understanding how we can import a CSV file as a product master. This is an external file and hence have no control on the format and layout. The fields (number an layout) are fixed and not likely to change. I also have similar requirement to load/import this feed (ideally differences). Was there a solution/plugin proposed for the original requirement?

I'm not aware of any plugins/extensions that do Imports.  It will need to be customized.

(I did convert the original poster's data into the nopC format...  And got stiffed on payment :(
