Add Vendor to Default Demo Site

Currently there is not a Vendor setup in the Demo Site by default so someone has to go in and create one. It would be great if there was one already in the system so when the system refreshes one doesn't have to be created again.

Eduardo, I think that would great to have it completely setup so someone could see the whole process.
