Please allow to add custom address attribute just like we're having Custom customer attributes. Many times client needs to add some country specific fields to the address as well. So if we can some conditions for store or country that would be great!
These custom attributes (for customer or address) need to be configured per store. You may need some attributes for a store and others for another store.
