Need to enter UPC codes in for about 4000 attributes

I have 450 products with an average of 9 attributes (sizes) per product.  Each of them needs their own GTIN  number per size.

I have a spreadsheet in excel with all the GTIN's for each attribute and I need it imported.  I'm looking for quotes on accomplishing this?
