Hello! I followed the initial guidance of setting unlock on the rar file itself, but this did not resolve the issue. In the end, I followed the guidance in an answer above to unblock them all with the powershell command. Everything is working now. Thanks all.

I didn't realized it was a powershell command, not a normal command, thank you both!
