Shipping Software implementation (Commercial Help Wanted)

Hi,

I am looking for a developer who is experienced in shipping software implementation for nopCommerce.

Software specification and basic functionalities(for initial stage):

1.  A simple as possible desktop application.

2.  Application processes shipping directly using order information from nopCommerce database, application does not have its own database, it communicates directly with nopCommerce website database.

3.  First, shipper prints all orders those order status is processing, paid and not shipped yet , printed copy should have a barcode on it(barcode of order id may be).

4.  Picker takes the printed copy and packed the items into shipping box, and put a barcode of the order id on the box.

5.  Shipper scan the barcode of the order id from box, enter box dimension and weigh the box with items in it

6.  Based on the shipping address, box dimension and weigh application find  best carrier for this shipment ( application may use third party api like USPS api to calculate best carrier with delivery date, rate etc)

7.  Print shipping label

8.  Update order shipment information and order status in nopCommerce database.
