So much Online User Without IP

These days site has so much online visitor . And there is no information any IP or any information . NopCommerce have some security issues ? Or have any idea about it ?

What version you use ? there was a problem with this in versions previous to 3.4 and 3.5 or your Maxmind GeoLite IP db file needs newer version
