I installed and ran 1.5 on godaddy for the last 5 years, worked great. I have the old sql with 500+ users, 100+ products, etc. so I want to use it in the upgrade. I went the easy route and uninstalled the previous version and had godaddy with automated app install through the Cpanel for nop 3.3. It is running with sample data, all is good. I have looked at both versions of the database (1.5 and 3.3) and there is quite a difference in tables, columns, mapping, etc). I can't imagine doing this line by line with .csv files.
Now I need to populate the new instance 3.3 with the data from 1.5.
Can I run each individual upgrade script on the 1.5 database until I get it up to 3.3? I really would prefer not installing all versions of the program between 1.5 and 3.3, just update the database in steps until it is 3.3.
Will this work or is it just too much? Are there tweaks that have to be done (with the correct program version) installed after each database update?

Maybe http://fkosoft.com/en/Products/nopCommerce-Database-Upgrade can help you somewhat, atleast you have all scripts with one download.
But, I strongly recommend to update from 1.9 to 2.0 by installing the nopCommerce2.0, as my experimental script has some flaws and I have currently no time to fully test and fix it. After 2.0 there should be no "serious" issues.
