Need plugin

I want to buy a  plug in nopcommerce  with the following features: I want a site  e-commerce to sellers who sign a pay subscription, allowing them to sell their products on the site. In my e-commerce site every registered seller, has the possibility of having a personal management interface that lets him manage his products for sale, the stock, prices, promotions and advertisements showing their page when a customer visits their seller profile, seller  must also have and manage  his  customers and fans on its personal management interface and also must be able to manage customer commands. He only has access exclusively to the administration of their profile, their products or their followers clients. Instead I'm general manager, I have an absolute right to modify or delete the profiles of all sellers of my site, as well as their customers. I can control the amount of vendors, customers, products sold and membership of each product from a seller,  is it possible?

I think you don't need a plugin for that. You are talking about vendors ;)

The feature is integrated in the platform itself. You can assign vendors and they can manage their own products. They will receive emails when an order is placed. The worst thing is that their administration panel is almost the same as yours (without many of the settings), so they also have to go to the back end of the site and not the front end as I would like to. Just make another account and give it vendor rights and you will see what is all about.
