the nop doc says = the Export to XML button appears enabling you to export all resources (including message templates

This is outdated information. Only resources (locales) can be exported. I've just removed the text about message templates. Thanks a lot for pointing out!

if only resource (locales) can be import, ALL message template have to be saved manually?

Is this restriction still in place, or is it possible to somehow import translated template in version 3.9?
