3.3, see or change email recipient for OrderPlaced.StoreOwnerNotification

I'm trying to get my system to email me whenever we have a new order.  Currently the template (OrderPlaced.StoreOwnerNotification) is active, but I'm not receiving any notifications, and have plenty of orders coming in.

where and how can I check where these emails are being sent to?

Check one of the order notes.  There should be a message:

"Order placed" email (to store owner) has been queued. Queued email identifier: ...


Then, you can check System > Message Queue.  Uncheck "Load not sent emails only:", and put in a date range, then search.
