Auction Plugin

Hello, i need someone to build a a Auction Plugin to nopCommerce:

Features:
Allow to create an auction with 1 our multiple products
Auctions should have a reserve price
Users should have a new confirmed flag and only (confirmed) users can bid
Admin can pick and order the products in a auction.
Winner should be redirect to normal payment providers on the nopPlatform

Technology:
ASP.NET MVC5
SignalR

Client side - js - html5
