EDITED QUITE A BIT

I've installed a nopCommerce.com's version 3.60 ASP.Net template CMS site on my Windows 2008R2 hosted server and got it up and running.

THIS PROJECT
Modification to nopCommerce 3.60 C#.Net code and SQL Server 2014 table structure.
(see attached "home-screen.jpg" of idea for home page of new site - this is ONLY idea for structure, not necessarily design/colors)
http://oceanmedia.net/files/nop/home-screen.jpg
I want a "Directory of Information" like a combination of austin360 and Craigslist for "customers (buyers/sellers)" to list(sell)/find(buy) lodging, products, events, food/restaurants, employment, etc. So I need a super flexible category/subcategory system. Later, if we work well together, other parts, like manage/display banners at top, and many other features will be needed.

Note regarding pmt systems: (A) nopCommerce has robust built-in payment/cart system. (B) MY [initial] version will only need cart/payment for posting-customers (advertisers/sellers) to pay the site owner to list(sell) posting-customer's products/services/[later project: banner ads]. The rest is like Craigslist.com in that people ("browsers/shoppers") search the site, find a product/service, and are connected (contact info and/or URL) with the posting-customer of the product/service. Later project will add more situations where online payment is needed.

Note: For now on I am going to name "posting-customer" as "vendors".

LISTINGS
This is the part that is most like Craigslist, where a "vendor" wants to do anything from list his pool cleaning service or restaurant to one time events like concerts or yard sales to individual used products like stereos or automobiles. My client also wants the site administrator/owner to have a screen to set variables like below:

New Admin Screen: "Manage Vendor Fees"
-- $_0_ for first #____ characters in product description.
-- $___ for next #____ characters in product description.
-- $_0_ for first #_7_ days product will stay listed on site.
-- $___ for next #____ days product will stay listed on site.
-- $___ for #____ image(s).
-- $___ additional for #____ image(s).
-- $___ additional for URL link to posting-customer web site.
"Apply these settings to [category selection here - bring up categories tree view]"
[x] checkbox: "Cascade overwrite these settings to all child categories?"
button: [SAVE]
The settings from the screen above will be saved in the database. I want these settings to affect all posting-customer pricing.
This new screen will live in the administration menus and be added to the ACL (Access Control List).
Where in the menus: Customers --> "Vendor Fees"
What to name it in ACL: "Admin area: Manage Vendor Fees"

Currently, vendor (when logged in) must choose "administration" at the top and then Catalog --> Products --> Manage Products --> [Add new] in order to add a  new product/service.

Changes I want:
On black bar at top that has only "Administration" to click on. FOR VENDOR ONLY:
(1) Add to left of "Administration": "List a product or service" - takes vendor to http://amonkeymarket.com/Admin/Product/Create
(2) Add to left of "Administration": "View my listed items" - takes vendor to http://amonkeymarket.com/Admin/Product/List
(3) Change "Administration to say "Expert Menus". FOR VENDOR ONLY
I want to make this easier for Vendor.

So vendor, when posting/listing a product, will see: http://amonkeymarket.com/Admin/Product/Create

I want to change:
At top "Add a New Product" change to say "Add a New Product/Service".
Change "Short description" to say "Short description shown to customers". Move this field below "Full description" and make it so this field can not be changed by vendor. Write code so that the contents of this box show first 75 characters of the "Full description" box but leaving out formatting.
In "Full description", show vendor a "character counter". Limit characters in this box based on selections below.
Remove field: "Allow customer reviews" display. In background this is always "true".

At bottom, before "Post My Product":
[x] $___ for first #____ characters in product description.
[x] $___ for next #____ characters in product description.
[x] $___ for first #_____ days product will stay listed on site.
[x] $___ for next #____ days product will stay listed on site.
[x] $___ for #____ image(s).
[x] $___ additional for #____ image(s).
[x] $___ additional for URL link to posting-customer web site.
$____ TOTAL COST
[x] I agree to the terms and conditions.
