Universal Product Attributes Values. Is it possible?

Hi everyone

I have a question which I believe most users do.
I have a nopcommerce site with computer customization options. Most PCs have over 100 selectable attributes which must be reviewed individually everytime a price changes or I must add a new product with customizable options.

The question I have is, or better what I want to achieve is having universal Product Attributes Values under the Product Attributes and to have them tick selectable which I want to use and which not, and by setting a default value the price to automatically make the price difference so that it changes accordingly when the customer selects their favorite parts.

Honestly if there's no other way, I'll have to make my way in to php and MySQL programming but if anyone has a solution it would be better, so that I can focus myself on other issues.

I don't have the predefined values tab/option available. I am on 3.50. Is it a new 3.60 feature?
