nopCommerce 3.60 and ASP.NET 4.0.30319?

Hey there,

I have a big doubt. I am running nopCommerce 3.60 with Visual Studio and it is apparently using ASP.NET 4.0.30319. I thought it needed 4.5 to run as mentioned in the requirements. This confuses me.

I am seeing this information in the Admin Panel at System >> System Information.

ASP.NET 4.0 and .NET 4.5
