Add Paypal Express to the payment method screen.

I’m using Paypal express, but the button only appears on the shopping cart screen.  I need this to also show up on the payment method screen during checkout.  Need this done for an Amazon payment plugin as well.

if you want to show on payment method page then you need to set PaymentMethodType.Standard and you need to implement funtionality as per Standard payment plugin like Paypal Direct etc.

so you can refer how it working but i am not sure converting Paypal Express as Standard flow will work as its diff. payment flow
