Theme required

I need some help on a project to skin a nopcommerce site.  I have an existing 3.6 nopcommerce site with a theme half finished.  There is already an existing website with a skin that can be used as a template.  So I need the new theme to match the style of the old site and possibly some graphical design work for banners and things.
