I'm not surprised at all you're waiting on ASP.NET 5. I'm going all in with it on an unrelated project and man its different. It would be a considerable effort to move nop to it I would think.

Over a year and a half ago I created a work item 12041 for improving the SEO for images by not altering the image name when uploaded.

Later I made a post in 3.70 roadmap with a lot more details on the issue (link).

The work item's status is still Proposed and as it didn't make it to 3.70 I was wondering if it will make it to 3.80 since it's quite easy to implement and will greatly improve image SEO (especially with Google and all its new image related algorithms).

I see some stuff in there for Discounts.

...can we hope to have discount inputs based on URLs? :O

It's rather hard to run something as simple as an email campaign with a link to the site...since most of the time those links (like GoDaddy's frequent discount emails) automatically input the discount code.

Currently we are not able to see the feature for having 2 same products from different vendors, then we should show the lowest price product first and also suggesting end user with message another vendor serving the same product with different price.

Would it be possible for you to add support for associating predefined product attribute values with products, like you can do with product attributes added in the product.

The predefined product attribute values look like this.

And i want the option to associate them, like you you can do in the specific product configurations, see this.

Would we have some love for enhancing product filter ? Currently, Nop can only filter 1 attribute in every filter, e.g 1 color, 1 size, 1 cpu bus... which is fine for small sites, but we all want Nop can deliver what a large ecommerce site demands. Also, specification filters are redundant and unnecessary because all the specification attrbutes can be summarized from the product attributes, e.g size, color, ram bus, ....

It's really outdated and has not get evolved for years.

1. Remove Specification attributes

2. Allow multi attributes select in 1 product attribute for product filter
