i used to nop 3.70
Email settings [email protected]. It's work.

test email sent to ***@mydomain.com it's work. Example : [email protected] to [email protected] no problem
test email sent to ***@anotherdomain.com don't work. Example : [email protected] to ***@yahoo.com, ***@gmail.com etc

Error sending e-mail. Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: <***anotherdomain.com> No such user here

MessageTemplate all checked. I changed MessageTemplate standart name.

add same email account and make it default. don't delete the old one. restart application and test it.

I am having same issue and also using myasp.net hosting.
Emails from my default account "[email protected]" to itself [email protected] is working fine but email to [email protected] from [email protected] isn't working.

How did you fixed the issue?

I had the same problem few weeks ago. I have dropped all configured accounts settings in nopcommerece admin panel and created newer one from scratch and luckily it started working for me.

Hello,

This problem is not related to nopCommerce email configuration so far as I could see. If you are able to send email within domain but not to other domains then this is a problem with your email server.

You can try to configure your email address in gmail or some other email providers and send an email from there to see if it fails. This way you will believe what i just pointed here.

Try to solve this at your end with your hosting provider.
