Developing plans and prices

Hello guys,

Our company needs a good programmer who can develop the following plugin but first let me give you some info.

We have a customer who sells phones, but now he wants to sell them with the carrier plans. So when you go to specific phone, you can see the prize without contract but also you can choose from a different tab the contract you want.
Its a little bit messy but i have RFP and i am willing to send it to anyone who is willing to help us.
