Need a sharp UI designer for nopCommerce 3.50 site

Hi, I have a client who is looking for a US-based (preferably) UI designer for a nopCommerce 3.50 site to serve the custom logo/product printing market. Site is heavily customized in the the data and business layers and is currently using out of the box ShopAll theme. CSS and views need tweaked to their specifications. They would prefer someone they can pick up the phone and call during normal working hours (EST) for conference calls and design reviews.

Please ONLY PM me so I can pass along your information to the client. We will need to work in conjunction at times on the site (you on the UI, me on data and business layers) so I must feel comfortable with you as well, however the client will have the final say.
