Support to prepaid (recharge) card

Hi,
similar to gift card, prepaid support could be a great improvement.
Prepaid should have a credit value and a price, that can be different accordingly to comemrcial policy (e.g. 100 Euro value at 95 Euro price, 250 Euro at 225...).
Similarly to gift card, prepaid can be consumed partially order by order and can have an expiration date.
Needless to say that prepid should not benefit of reward points.

yes I think this is the soluzion.
I suggest to add a new gift card type, prepaid. In this way the user will not see the gift card form, in this case confusing and useless.
Furthermore it would be necessary a tracking info page, similar to reward ponts page in user profile, in ordr to manage both gift and prerpaid cards, see balances, uses, etc.

One bug: when a customer uses a gift card, e.g. of 40 Euro, the order amount is 30 Euro and the minimum order is 15 Euro, you can't checkout because you have to pay 0, that is below the minimum order.
