Can I use nopcommerce coding style my manually wring all code for my own application?

I want to use nopcommerece application coding style and folder structure for other domain like ..
user management and other school management.
But I need all thing like Library, Presentation .. etc.
so Can I need to purchase LICENSE for nopcommerce footer removal

I don't want to copy all things
but I want to make my own application by seeing this coding structure writing manually.

Is it legal?
