Automatically Enabling Buy button and wish button when re-stocking

It is possible to automatically enable the buy and wish button for the product when the stock quantity is increase and  higher or equal the minimum stock quantity when action "disable buy button" is set?

We are using Nop3.7 implementation.
The buy and wish button is not re-enabled when new stock has been entered.
You have to manually uncheck the 2 fields.

Logically the buttons would be enabled automatically when adding stock in "Bulk editing" or "product details"
However, it does not happen

So, I am wondering if this is worked as designed or a bug or a wrong setting?
