Hi All,

I need help, never feel so helpless, my whole Database data has been deleted by the Arvixe hosting. I don't notice until two weeks ago, one of my customer told me that he is unable to access my website few days already.
As I know, Arvixe hosting has scheduled for database daily back up, but it only keeps for a month. I don't know when my database data has been cleaned up, but I believe that it's near to a month already, so this few day is very important for me, if it's exceed one month period, I will forever lose my data. The data is the everything for my business, I have spent 7 years for my business, the business will be gone if I lost the data. I tried to contact the support, but all those junior support just keep asking me to wait. I can't even sleep this few day, so stressful to keep waiting. I don't understand how can they taking so long to copy the back up DB and restore it, it should only take few minutes.
Does anyone has arvixe management contact? Can you please help me to contact them? You can save my life.

We got so many complains about them during the last year. That's why Arvixe is not our recommended hosting partner anymore (two months already). If you never downloaded backups to your local computer, then only Arvixe can help you now.

I have the details too if you need it - started writing a formal letter of complaint to the management team but given up, just decided to bite the bullet and move. Less hassle and stress for me in the long run, luckily I managed to grab a backup of everything whenever the server was up - working through the night until the early hours of the morning.

Good luck getting your data and getting anything (i.e. a response) from them.  They have always been in denial.  "No changes in service", "no hacking in May 2016", "no outages", etc., etc.

Apart from outages it was the outsourced support to India and Philippines that made me jump ship.  The broken English, lack of technical knowledge, and are quick to blame you or your codebase for any issues reported.*

Been damaging to our business and that of our clients.

Thanks Andrei and William.

William,
I'm 100% agreed with you, they are so irresponsible, their support just like a robot, copy paste to reply every question.
Anyway, can you send me their management contact? I will need to try it since I have no choice now.
