Hello,

Does anybody know if e-commerce mailchimp features such as "Product Follow-Up", "Abandoned Cart" and "Best Customers" are supported by the mailchimp app developed by the nop team?
If so, how might one activate them?

What do you mean by "Product Follow-Up"?

==> "Abandoned Cart" and "Best Customers" are supported ? ==>I think No, You will need custom plugin for it.

Hi.
You can use MailChimp E-commerce features in our plugin for the version 3.80. Just check "Use MailChimp for E-Commerce" setting and run the synchronization at least once.

There is a feature in MailChimp called "Product Follow-Up" which is used for sending customers a follow - up email after purchasing a product. For instance, you could send them discounts, ask if they want to post a review etc.

For some reason, the sync doesn't seem to work for me. I set the API, chose a MailChimp list, but when I try to sync I get this message:

Started at: 9/26/2016 7:15:36 AM
Finished operations: 38
Errored operations: 38
Total operations: 38
Completed at: 9/26/2016 7:15:44 AM

And "Total subscribers" remains 0, even though we have subscribers on our nopcommerce mailing list. I've checked the list in MailChimp and it remained empty.

Thank you both for helping out.

It's looks weird that all operations fails.
Unfortunately, at the moment we are not able to analyze the synchronization errors in the plugin, we can only state that something has gone wrong.
Try to reinstall the plugin and run synchronization again. Also check the errors in the API calls history at your MailChimp account -> Profile -> Extras -> API keys.
