Can't not update multi locales if language name has space

My website has two languages named "English" and "Tiếng Việt" (Vietnamese). I Tried to locale product name but i can't do it.  If i remove space from language name  ( i changed "Tiếng Việt" to "TiếngViệt") That error does not occur.

1.nopCommerce 3.8
2.I have not edited anything
3. I use SQL 2012
