Developer needed to build custom parent child relationship

Hello

I am looking for a developer to assist me in building a parent child relationship for some of my products. I have some products that come in different sizes and I'd like to rank on google for each individual item but without them being actual pages in the catalog but rather a attribute style function on the main product. So if by default the size small is loaded and the customer selects xxl as the size, it will load the other page without leaving the main parent items page if this makes sense.
