Recently we released version 2.0.0 of Universal Chat plugin. In this version we added Ecommerce analytics features.
Universal is not just a live chat extension for your website - one of the things that separates Universal from the other live chat systems is its full-fledged support for analytics. Based on Piwik, Universal offers you real-time analytics which shows you where your visitors have come from, what pages they have visited and where they are right now.
Now, this system is strengthened one step further by adding full support for Piwik's Ecommerce analytics features. The results are amazing; you can see who is on your site, where they are from, what products they are purchasing and their orders. Combined with Universal's live chat system, you can:
1- Step in and upsell products
2- See what campaign is working, which page attracts the most buyers and which ones don't
3- See what products the users have in their cart and their costs
4- And best of all, this is all live and real-time. You can step in and make a change!
5- Even features such as abandoned carts are now available, a feature you previously would need to get a separate plugin for!

With Universal Chat you can now see what's happening on your site, engage with your visitors in to offer the best services and convert them to happy customers. The Ecommerce analytics offers many detailed reports:

Abandoned Carts:

Ecommerce Orders:

Products

Product Categories:

And finally you may see which users came to your website:

If you want to use these features, you will need to download Universal Chat plugin and register in Universal to get an account. Once the process is complete, we will give you an Html Code which you need to copy to the configuration page of that plugin.
Please see Registration Tutorial in Universal for how to do that.

Next, you need to enable Piwik's Ecommerce features from the Universal website:

1- Open Piwik Settings from the Analytics menu
2- Next to your website, press the pen button to edit it
3- Scroll down to the Ecommerce section, then choose Ecommerce Enabled
4- Save, and you are done!
