NopCommerce Plugin in Regular Project

Hi All,

I want to create a plugin using Nop.Plugin.ExternalAuth.Facebook. But my question is: " Can I use this plug in for regular project which is designed with .net MVC and SQL. Please let me know if more information is needed to get clear picture.

Instead of using whole Plugin, use it's functionality.
