I've gone through the post : What is karma? How is it calculated?
But the question is: How anyone know, where exactly he/she lose the karma?

Yes, I've lose it ☹️ and not able to find where exactly!

I think the only standard way to lose karma is when someone downvotes one of your posts which could be any of your posts from any time so can be difficult to find.

The only other way that I can think of would be if you've replied to a topic that subsequently gets deleted (such as duplicate questions) then I'd expect you'd lose the 5 karma points that you got for posting the reply (since the post table has a foreign key dependency to the topic table id).

Either way I wouldn't worry about it too much, if you post good quality answers you'll have good karma.

Okay then, OP will lose 15 karma points if one of his/her post(with one up voted) will be deleted.

Indeed! But even I'm not worrying about points, I'm worrying about behavior. Since morning I did lose 100 points approx. So, I'm wondering about it.

Let's take simple example:
Check below screen, where it indicating 810 points, and here:

Now, after submit this post it should be 815. but it displaying 800. Possibly I get down votes on any post during this time period, but it should not be the case since morning.

EDIT-1:

This screen is after submitted this post:

EDIT-2:

After refresh the page its 795

After examine this issue, I found something strange!

It's not an issue with actual karma points and it doesn't reducing really. But Best rated members the last month showing -5 karma points on several page refresh.

Now it's 780

I think, now nopCommerce team can investigate the issue!

Well it's showing the total karma for all your posts (or other contributions) for the past month, so I guess if you have a few posts that are almost a month old (or upvotes that are almost a month old) then by the time you've refreshed the page some of those posts may be over a month old and therefore not counted towards the total for the past month. Maybe just keep a track of your total karma if you're bothered about it.

Is losing karma as bad as losing mojo?

That is not an issue. As @petemitch explained, that table showing just posts from last month.
Your actual karma is visible under your avatar in each post you type (or in My account page). Have you check sum of karma on it?
Currently you have: Karma: 1597, but on last month you have 735.

Tomasz
