SUGGESTION: Include mediasettings.defaultpicturezoomenabled on Media settings page

The mediasettings.defaultpicturezoomenabled setting isn't available from the Media settings page, I think it would be  useful to include it.

I also think it would be better to have it set to True by default on a fresh installation (it currently defaults to false). With the current defaults there's no way to access a larger image on products with only one image unless the store owner happens to find this setting on the Advanced settings page.
