Hello, I have a problem with MailChimp not updating Orders and Order Revenue for my email campaigns. I have setup the API key, list I want to sync to, checked e-commerce, and checked auto-sync in the plugin settings.
I have created a campaign e-blast with 3 different links that point to products my website. I see it has mc_eid and mc_cid at the end of the URL for all 3 links. After completing my purchase, I also mark the order as paid and complete in the admin, too. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
I am using NopCommerce 3.8 and MailChimp plugin for 3.8.
