where is the configuration for the navigation menus?

I have been looking all over the admin site for the configuration for the navigation menus but I can't find it.

I see. That makes customizing the navigation menu a little cumbersome. We should be able to have a navigation menu configuration page where we can put anything into the menu items, even external URLs. This would be a great idea for a widget as well. I will be able to help out a lot with development on nopCommerce as soon as I get my store and product launched. Lots to do still. Exciting ;)
