Need tool for excel import/export of products with specification attribute

I need to import specification attributes of my products from excel file, but NopCommerce doesn't allow to do this.
So I look for developer who can make a tool which can export existing files with specification attributes and import new ones with the same characteristics.

Will look forward your proposals!

I developped a Windows 64 bits application that allows to read / export / load Categories / Products Attributes / Specification Attributes + options and Manufacturers to Nop Commerce 3,80 to / from an Ms Excel file with a Web service (https://nop4you.com/web-services-plugin).

It does not load Product Attribute default values but it's easy to update.

Actually, it can manage 2 languages + Seo.

To be able to deploy this kind of solution, you will need to buy the Web Service from Nop4You.
