setting up Multi-store with admin for different store owner and central management dashboard for site owner

Please am new to nop commerce. I want to setup a multi-store for different business upon successful registration on the main website.

I will like to know if anyone has implemented multi-store successfully and such person should please provide a guide or PM for extensive discussion.
