I have not used NopCommerce in a few versions and I want to see how I can attach a custom css file to NopCommerce. I am in the root file but do not see how I can attach a custom css file. Thanks

Please take a look in this file \Presentation\Nop.Web\Themes\DefaultClean\Views\Shared\Head.cshtml
